• Ticket Validity:
Tickets are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and are subject to service availability.
• No Refunds:
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Service & Seating:
Fremont Express operates on fixed routes and schedules. Seating is first-come, first-served and is not guaranteed.
• Delays & Timing:
Fremont Express does not guarantee departure times, wait times, or immediate boarding. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, or events.
• Service Availability:
Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Tickets remain subject to availability.
• Passenger Conduct:
Passengers must follow all safety guidelines and driver instructions. Fremont Express reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for safety, conduct, or operational reasons without refund.
• Tickets:
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, duplicated, or shared. Fraudulent use may result in denial of service without refund.
• No Unauthorized Stops:
Vehicles operate on designated routes only. No unscheduled stops will be made.
• Personal Property:
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Fremont Express is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Limitation of Liability:
Fremont Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Assumption of Risk:
Passengers assume all normal risks associated with transportation services.
• Force Majeure:
Fremont Express is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, government actions, or emergencies.
• Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
• Changes to Terms:
Fremont Express may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
